Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love everything we make.  However sometimes problems with fit or finish can arise and we would like to help you resolve these.  If you observe the rules of good jewelry care and still encounter a problem please review the return and refund policy you authorized when making your purchase prior to contacting the studio.  

• You have 7 days from the time you receive an order to initiate a return
• Please call or email the studio for a return authorization number prior  to sending the article.  
• All returns must be in original condition.  Once we have received and examined the piece we will then initiate a refund.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance of the item.  Please take care in packaging as metal does bend and stones can crack.
• Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of receipt.  We are not responsible for the loss or theft of jewelry in transit.
• There is no return of custom orders.  
• We do provide one courtesy ring resizing if it is compatible with the ring's design.
